Security Deposit: Daily & Monthly Rentals require a refundable security deposit of 5- 10’000 Baht, regardless of duration of stay. This deposit is refunded in full, if premises and contents are returned in good condition without damages and/or all outstanding bills and charges are paid! Please inform us about any damages or defects, so we can fix them!
