July & Dec. 2016 update...Hardly any units for sale....No foreign registred ones. This keeps prices high, compared to many
other locations where nothing sells without massive discounts! Don't ever buy off-plan. You might just not be around anymore by the time the place is finally built...:-) Good, as in underpriced units, are a thing of the past and people
are paying extra to get a unit on D.E. often. This includes us :-)
February 2016 update...The last 12 months about 8 units have changed hands. Prices for un-remodeled studios
ranged from 1.750-2.0 Mio in foreign name and are stable around 1.4 - 1.6 Mio for Thai name registration. Hardly any units up for sale. Opportuniy as shown below for large condo in A-Block with great possibilities!
May 2015 update....Just like every season many potential buyers, but hardly any units..... The very few that changed hands sold for 1.550 - 1.750 Mio, 2 remodeled, small ones for 1,900 Mio
April 2015 update....A Thai owner offers several of his his studios, un-remodeled and in need of at least some TLC, for around 1'450 Mio in Thai name only.
February 2015 update...Several units sold by Michael, who has fallen ill and is missed in the Estate. A friend bought most of his units, last one for sale is the large B-67 luxury condo, which some of you know from renting it before. This is a gem and somebody with taste and enough cash will very much enjoy it for retirement or vacation. It can be kept with Oasis for rent. The condo is in top condition and the # 1 in the Estate. The price is way below value in order to sell.
Jan. 2015 update....Large corner studio 34 sqm, garden-side, partially redone, sold for 1'850 Mio net.
Nov. 2014 update...The owner of a dozen units has put them on the market and they have sold within just a few weeks
at quite high prices. Location seems to be the keyword & D.E. is very central with large gardens.
