Warning !!!  The ATM-Mafia is active again in the Soi Boaukao area...Especially at ATM's next to
the Estate... A customer ( not an elderly one neither..) just got scammed quite aggressivley by 2 North African looking guys..Be careful and don't let anybody get close to you at an ATM!!!
They will get your PIN and skim your card, often without you realizing. They are very good at it!

This is where you can find our reception! Inside the **Oasis-Restaurant**. Next to the small pool on the right side, coming into the Estate. Nobody else offers brand new, modern studios with all  incl. service! After 20.00 your keys are ready for you at the Estate main reception in E-Block!

Hier koennen Sie unsere Rezeption finden, rechter Hand beim kleineren Pool  im **Oasis-Restaurant** Verwechseln Sie uns nicht mit anderen Anbietern. Neue, moderne Studios mit all inkl. Service bloss bei uns! Nach 20.00 finden Sie Ihren Zi-Schluessel an der Haupt-Rezeption in E-Block.
